(1) Analyst 1

RM3750 to RM5750 , one year contract.

Job description:
Performs administrative and office support activities for the whole team.
Prepares business correspondence, typically using Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook). Duties may include
reporting, word processing, prepearing presentation, planning meetings.
Extensive software skills are required, as well as
Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
Financial work background would be an advantage.
Prepares meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials

Technical Skills and Experience
1. Well versed with Microsoft office applications such as Word,
Outlook, excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience in managing timeline, reporting and task monitoring

Soft Skills and Experience
1. Technology Skills with office software programs, including
spreadsheets,word processing and graphic presentation software.
Required to send emails and uses the Web for research and
employer-specific applications.

Needed to assist with typing and formatting presentations, reports,
manuals and other administrative publications.
2. Strong communication skills in a office enviroenment and assistant
uses friendly communication to interact with a wide range of people,
frequently exchanging information about office operations. For
example, she might explain procedures for routing mail and requesting
supplies in the office.
3. Organizational ability as a a multitasker, an administrative
assistant keeps himself organized so she can give his attention to
keeping the team organized.
She knows how to manage a filing system,
track incoming and outgoing correspondence and coordinate the flow of
paperwork around the office.
4. Strong written expression in administration which needs skills in
standard written English and, in some organizations, business
English.Good writing skills will improve the quality of his
correspondence, emails and enable her to assist the team with
proofreading important documents.
5. Good time management required and must manage her own time and the
time of the whole team as well.
She uses an electronic calendar in an email program to set meetings for the team
to request others to attend and to coordinate their responses.
She responds to requests for the whole team attendance at meetings.
6. Problem-Solving Skills in solving problems such as how to change
the overall team schedule when unexpected obligations turn up. She

(2) Accountant 1

RM3680 to RM5565, 6 months contract
Performs reconciliation for Payroll Accounts (SOAR – Status of Accounts
Reporting), supporting clearing and matching of items for payroll
related GLs(raising journal entries) which includes analyzing trends;

matching and resolving the differences or variances exist and to
investigate & trouble shoot.
Mainly to assist in Data cleansing.
Able to manage difficult stakeholders.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

(3) Accounting Clerk 2.

RM2850 to RM4450, one year contract.
Performs accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger
and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports.
Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with 3-5 years of experience
in the field or in a related area. Familiar with commonly used concepts,
practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job.
Works under general supervision,
exercises a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

(4) Business Analyst

RM4375 to 6400 one year contract
Provide data analysis support;
Data mining: sort through large amounts
of data and picking out relevant information; compile and summarise
them with clear and concise message for leadership;
Benchmarking,pricing trend and market analysis / market survey support;
Presentation support, including development of PowerPoint materials to
support leadership engagements with stakeholders, etc.;

Develops and maintains database;
Provides operational support according to the line of business;
Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

(5)Supply Chain Analyst

RM5120 to RM7100, one year contract
Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans
that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to
maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
Requires an associate’s degree or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the
field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May report to an executive or a manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

(6) IT Manager
RM12k to 27k per month 1+1 year contract

Position: IT Infrastructure Manager

This role is to support the Group Reporting landscape.
The systems are marked as business critical.
During quarter close and critical periods the systems need to be up and running 24*7.

Infrastructure Support for Microsoft based platforms (Windows 2008).
Run and maintain knowledge on Infrastructure.
Active Directory knowledge.
SQL Server knowledge.
Common understanding of interface techniques.

Note: Due to the necessary handling of and
access to highly sensitive and privileged information,
the successfully applicant of this position will need to agree to
additional background screening to be conducted.

(7) HR support

RM3500 to 4400 12 month contract

Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may
include recruitment, employment, personnel records, and benefits administration.
Provides transactional support in Payroll system and day to day operations.
May require an associate’s degree or its equivalent with
0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and
procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job.
Works under immediate superMicrosoft Vision.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
